9 Jahre ist's her ....

 

.... seit ich das erste Mal musikalisch gebloggt habe. Eine halbe Ewigkeit in Jahren. Gefühlt war es allerdings ein unendliches Vergnügen.

Mein erster (sehr kurzer) Blogeintrag am 2. Nov 2006 war über das 2. Paul Stanley Soloalbum *Live To Win*. Über 5'600 weitere mehr oder weniger rockige Einträge sollten bis heute folgen. Im Schnitt 373 pro Jahr, dh. etwas mehr als 1 Beitrag pro Tag. Pageviews gab es in dieser Zeit 1.2 Mio und sind eine andere spannende Zahl.

Ich lernte in dieser Zeit auf den Konzerten viele interessante und nette Menschen kennen. Nerds und Headbangers oder einfach nur Geniesser der feinen Kunst des Rock'n'Rolls. Mal durfte es bluesig sein, mal knochenhart, flauschig melodiös oder straight heavy like a fist in your face. Die Facetten des Rock Zirkus waren und bleiben glamourös wie das Paillettenkleid einer Diva. Das macht es spannend und irgendwie unvorhersehbar.

Angesichts der stetig neuen Releasefülle von wirklich tollen Platten und zum Teil sogar echten Perlen, wird der Rock'n'Roll niemals sterben. Das beruhigt mich ungemein. \m/ Die Forsetzung des Lebensgefühl einer Jugend-Protestkultur ist also gewährleistet.
In diesem Sinne stimmen wir jetzt gemeinsam ein Long live Rock and Roll an. Stay tuned, rock hard and keep the fire burning.
