Wishing to complete his inspirational concept, Ian Parry has written & produced the final chapter from his Consortium Project concept entitled C-V "Species".

"Species" is a culmination of brutal and melodic Symfo-gothic-power metal at its best.

A classic epic Sci-fi scenario combining a selection of the best musicians in rock & metal and some who have performed on the 4 previous consortium albums such as; Stephan Lill (Vanden plas) Casey Grillo (Kamelot) Kris Gildenlöw (ex-Pain of Salvation) to newcomers from the gothic metal scene Lene Petersen (Infinite Overture) & Jens Faber (from the German power metal band Dawn of Destiny).

The worldwide release of C-V "Species" in 2011 will be the 21st album release from Ian Parry celebrating a career of over 25 years in the world of rock & metal.

Consortium Project V "Species" is in essence a conceptual masterpiece.
